Blaues Zebra in Leipzig

Due to the corona, the visit premiere had to be converted into an order premiere. Without Liefarando & Co, instead with a very friendly phone call. The dishes made of okra, spinach, peanut, beef and cassava were there for almost an hour (as announced). Irresistibly fragrant, hot and incredibly tasty. Memories of the last trips to Africa were immediately awakened. The price-performance ratio is great - we'll be back (or let us come again as long as Corona has us under control)!

We only ordered because of the lockdown, but loved both the food and the portions! Both the meat dish and the vegan food were very tasty and the plantains and fritters as dessert were the culmination of a successful meal. We will definitely be ordering more often from the Blue Zebra!

Very friendly service. The food was very good and there are delicious drinks. There is vegan food, for an extra charge including meat.

I definitively recommend this place to anyone willing to discover African dishes. Every time I went there for lunch has made my day different. I always enjoyed the food ("Es ist sehr lecker" as Germans used to say) and how the owner is friendly.

We recommend! The owner is super nice and the food was one of the best I have had in a long time. Since everything is freshly prepared, you have to plan some waiting time (unless you order in advance), but it is worth the wait. I will definitely come back!

The Blue Zebra is a little hidden behind the ring building. But the search is worth it: the owner is very personable and the food is very, very tasty. This will not be my last visit, especially since there are dishes here that are not everyday and that take you with you when you travel.

My girlfriend and I treated ourselves to a meal of blue zebra today and are both very enthusiastic. The main course starts at five euros and is also full of hunger. The taste was very unique and comparable to nothing. It was fantastic delicious and we will definitely be back.

I didn't notice this nice little place before, but I'm glad that we tried it today. The food was delicious and the cook was super friendly! The atmosphere is generally very familiar. We will come back in any case.
